Policies and Returns

We want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something is not quite right, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Returns are considered for unused items in their original condition and packaging, together with proof of purchase. Items that have been cut, mixed, specially ordered or damaged after purchase may not be eligible for return. All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval. If an item is faulty, please send us a photo and your order details so our team can assist you promptly.

Pickup, Shipping & Delivery

Choose the option that works best for you. Orders can be collected free of charge from La Rosa’s Hardware once you receive confirmation that they are ready. Local delivery is available to selected areas, with the fee based on your location and the size of the order. For destinations outside our regular delivery area, we may be able to arrange shipping through a courier. Delivery times depend on stock availability, order size and destination, and our team will confirm the cost and expected timeframe before your order is sent. Please check your contact and delivery details carefully so we can reach you without delay.
